«أبعتلي» منصة وسيطة تربط العملاء بالمتاجر والمطاعم ومناديب التوصيل داخل جمهورية مصر العربية — أكل، سوبر ماركت، صيدليات، إلكترونيات وغيرها. المتجر أو المطعم مسؤول عن جودة المنتجات وتجهيزها، ونتولى تنظيم عملية الطلب والتوصيل.

إذا وصل طلبك ناقصاً أو خاطئاً، تواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة عبر التطبيق أو البريد وسنراجع الحالة ونعوّضك وفق سياساتنا.

نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتقديم خدمة موثوقة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الخارج عن إرادتنا (طقس، زحام، ظروف قاهرة). مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز قيمة الطلب محل النزاع.

By using Ab3atly Delivery's apps and website you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Ab3atly is a marketplace connecting customers with local stores, restaurants, and delivery couriers in Egypt — food, groceries, pharmacies, electronics and more. Vendors are responsible for product quality and preparation; we organize ordering and delivery.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of abuse.

3. Orders & payment

Prices include the products, delivery fees, and any service fees shown before checkout.
Pay cash on delivery or online via a licensed payment provider.
Orders may not be cancellable after the vendor accepts them.

4. Refunds & complaints

If your order arrives incomplete or wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we will review and compensate according to our policies.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Our liability never exceeds the value of the disputed order.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
